We believe every age deserves its moment to shine. That’s why we’ve created 3 competitive brackets for both men and women:

• • • Group 1: Up to 39 years
    • Group 2: 40 – 59 years
    • Group 3: 60 years & above

Winning Rules

Every category will have 3 winners per age group, for both male and female runners. But champions must prove their pace:

• • • 21K → Finish within 2 hours 50 mins
    • 10K → Finish within 1 hour 20 mins
    • 5K → Finish within 1 hour
    • 3K → Its Fun Run so you just have to finish it to get the certificate

Only those from 21K, 10K and 5K categories across age groups who cross the finish line within the set time-lines will earn a spot on the winners’ podium to collect their prizes!

Race Rules & Regulations

1. Application Guidelines

1. 1. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application. Registration confirmation received will be subject to applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.
   2. An applicant can apply for only one of the on-ground race categories – Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and 3K; multiple applications will entail all entries not being confirmed. Further, an applicant must apply for the event using a single email address.
   3. Applicants can register only via online using this #registration link# and paying applicable entry fees based on race category opted for.

2. Running Number Bib and T-shirt Collection

1. 1. Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the bib distribution venue.
      1. Venue: Bahusaheb Bandodkar Maidan, Patantali, Near Sri Kashi Mutt, Bandora, Ponda, Goa.
      2. Date & Time: Friday October 31, 2025 between 02.00pm to 06.00pm and Saturday November 01, 2025 between 09.00am to 06.00pm.
   2. It is mandatory for all individual participants of the race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the bib collection area. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib:
      1. Application confirmation.
      2. Govt. approved photo ID proof.
   3. For group registration, bibs must be collected by a designated individual who shall produce:
      1. A printed list of bib numbers with participants name and signature.
      2. An authorization letter from the group.
   4. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
      1. An authorization letter attached with a copy of photo identification of the person collecting the bib
      2. Application confirmation.
   5. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons.
   6. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the distribution day – by 6pm on Saturday, 01 November 2025.

3. Entry & Refund Policy

1. 1. Once an entry is received, no requests for cancellation or refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
   2. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib at the bib collection venue or not allowed to run on race day due to being unwell

4. Prize Collection Policy

1. 1. No prizes will be issued in the form of cash.
   2. Prizes shall be awarded strictly to the confirmed winners only. No third- party collection or transfers shall be permitted under any circumstances.
   3. All domestic (local) prize winners must present a valid Aadhaar card as proof of identity and eligibility.
   4. All international prize winners are required to furnish passport identification along with proof of address at the time of prize collection.
   5. All international winners must possess a valid Indian bank account for the purpose of prize disbursement. Prizes will not be processed through foreign accounts.

5. Other important points

1. 1. Participants under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Entry and participation for minors is conditional upon such supervision.
   2. T-shirts are provided on a complimentary basis. Distribution of requested sizes will be made on a best-effort basis and is subject to availability at the time of collection. No guarantees can be made regarding size fulfillment.
   3. All bags and personal items deposited at the designated bag storage and collection area are left strictly at the owners risk. The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or misplacement of belongings under any circumstances
   4. Event promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the DRGM World marathon at any point in time without any notice.

Please bring your registration proof (soft copy) and original identity proof for T-Shirt & Bib collection.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please provide an authorization letter attached with a copy of photo identification of the person collecting the bib and registration proof.

Once the bib is collected please take some time out to fill in the information at the back of the bib which helps us help you better in an emergency situation.

Please Note: T-shirts & BIB will not be distributed on the day of the event, so please ensure you collect your T-shirts & Bib on the above mentioned days only.
